Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No worries—we offer a hassle-free size exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your request is verified, we'll dispatch the same product in your requested size.

If your required size is unavailable, we'll offer the same article in another available size of equal value, subject to availability.

Please note:

• Only one size exchange is permitted per order.

• The garment must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

• A ₹99 exchange fee applies, covering both reverse pickup and redelivery charges.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when the error is on our end, including:

• Wrong product delivered.

• Genuine manufacturing defect.

• Product received in damaged condition (subject to verification).

All refund requests are verified through the required photo and/or video evidence before approval.

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Please note that payment gateway processing charges are non-refundable.

If Reverse Pickup Isn't Available

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse.

After the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection, we'll reimburse your actual shipping cost up to ₹150, against a valid shipping receipt or payment proof.

What You'll Need

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all claims relating to:

• Size exchanges

• Wrong product received

• Defective or damaged products

• Missing items

• Tampered packages

The video must begin before opening the sealed parcel and continue without interruption until the product is clearly visible.

Unfortunately, claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed. We strongly recommend recording the video before opening every order.

A Few Things to Know

Please keep the following in mind:

• Minor color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings are natural and are not considered defects.

• Slight variations in prints, embroidery, stitching, or handcrafted detailing are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted garments and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

• All exchange or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via Email or WhatsApp, along with the required proof.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and our standard Exchange & Refund Policy will apply.
