Return & Refund Policy – Fashion Capital

At Fashion Capital, we take pride in delivering premium ethnic-fusion wear with strict quality checks at every stage. To maintain fairness and clarity, please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • No Returns/Refunds on Disliking: Returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as disliking the product, change of mind, or personal expectations regarding color or design.
  • Refunds Allowed Only in Extreme Cases: Refunds will only be processed in cases of major fault from our side (e.g., wrong product delivered, severe manufacturing defect). Such cases will be verified through proper evidence.

2. Exchanges

  • Hassle-Free Size Exchange: Only size exchanges are allowed. The same article will be provided in the requested size.
  • Article Exchange: If the same product/size is unavailable, we may allow an article exchange of similar value.
  • Condition of Garment: The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

3. RTO (Return to Origin) & Reshipping Charges

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to:

               Wrong number provided

               Wrong/incomplete address

               Consignee unavailable

               Order cancellation at doorstep (COD verified)

               Refusal to accept the parcel
               → The customer must pay ₹99 for reshipping the order.

  • Exceptions: This charge will be waived only in genuine cases such as natural calamities, logistics errors, or unavoidable accidents.

4. Refunds in RTO / Doorstep Cancellations

  • In case of refund after parcel RTO or doorstep cancellation:

                 A deduction of ₹149 will be made from the original paid amount.

                 Refunds will exclude payment gateway charges/processing fees, which are non-refundable.

                 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel till showing the product clearly) in cases of:

               Size exchange requests

               Wrong/defective product claims

               Missing items or package tampering

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

6. Additional Policies

  • Color & Print Disclaimer: Slight variation in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution. Such cases will not be considered as defects.
  • Handcrafted/Printed Disclaimer: Minor irregularities in prints, embroidery, or stitches are natural in handcrafted/printed garments and shall not qualify as defects.
  • Exchange/Refund Window: All requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with proper proof. Delayed claims will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers bear shipping costs for sending items back for exchange (except when fault is ours).
  • COD Orders: Fashion Capital reserves the right to deny COD service to customers with repeated RTO/doorstep cancellation history.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain discounted/clearance items may be marked as “Final Sale – No Return/Exchange.”
