Care Instructions:

• For first 3–4 washes: Soak and wash in cold salt water to lock in colors and maintain fabric life.
• Regular wash: Gentle hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent.
• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.
• Dry in shade to preserve colors and fabric strength.
• Iron on low to medium heat.
• Avoid machine washing or tumble drying for best results.

⚠️ Note: As with all hand-printed fabrics, slight variations in color/print are natural and add to the garment’s authenticity.

Return and Refund Policy – Fashion Capital

At Fashion Capital, we take pride in delivering premium ethnic-fusion wear with strict quality checks at every stage. To maintain fairness and clarity, please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Refunds

• No Returns/Refunds on Disliking: Returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as disliking the product, change of mind, or personal expectations regarding color or design.
• Refunds Allowed Only in Extreme Cases: Refunds will only be processed in cases of major fault from our side (e.g., wrong product delivered, severe manufacturing defect). Such cases will be verified through proper evidence.

2. Exchanges

• Hassle-Free Size Exchange: Only size exchanges are allowed. The same article will be provided in the requested size.
• Article Exchange: If the same product/size is unavailable, we may allow an article exchange of similar value.
• Condition of Garment: The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
• For any exchange the customer has to pay ₹99 for the shipment charges.
  

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD Policy

To ensure genuine orders and smooth deliveries, Fashion Capital offers Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) on select orders.

• A mandatory advance payment of ₹149 is collected at the time of placing the order.
• The remaining order value + COD charges of ₹69 are payable at the time of delivery.

In case of refusal or non-acceptance at delivery:

• If the customer refuses the parcel at the time of delivery, the advance amount of ₹149 is non-refundable.
• This amount is retained as compensation for two-way shipping, packaging, and logistics costs incurred by Fashion Capital.

Return to Origin (RTO) cases:

• The same policy applies to RTO shipments where the delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

1. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
2. Incorrect or unreachable contact number
3. Customer unavailable or refusal to accept delivery

In such cases, Fashion Capital reserves the full right to retain the ₹149 advance payment. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by customer-provided information or refusal.

4. RTO (Return to Origin) & Reshipping Charges

• If a parcel is returned to us due to:

               Wrong number provided

               Wrong/incomplete address

               Consignee unavailable

               Order cancellation at doorstep (COD verified)

               Refusal to accept the parcel
               → The customer must pay ₹99 for reshipping the order.

• Exceptions: This charge will be waived only in genuine cases such as natural calamities, logistics errors, or unavoidable accidents.

5. Refunds in RTO / Doorstep Cancellations

• In case of refund after parcel RTO or doorstep cancellation:

                 A deduction of ₹149 will be made from the original paid amount.

                 Refunds will exclude payment gateway charges/processing fees, which are non-refundable.

                 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Mandatory Unboxing Video

• Customers must record a clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel till showing the product clearly) in cases of:

               Size exchange requests

               Wrong/defective product claims

               Missing items or package tampering

• Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

7. Additional Policies

• Color & Print Disclaimer: Slight variation in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution. Such cases will not be considered as defects.
• Handcrafted/Printed Disclaimer: Minor irregularities in prints, embroidery, or stitches are natural in handcrafted/printed garments and shall not qualify as defects.
• Exchange/Refund Window: All requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery/3 Days via email or WhatsApp with proper proof. Delayed claims will not be accepted.
• Shipping Costs: Customers bear shipping costs for sending items back for exchange (except when fault is ours).
• Final Sale Items: Certain discounted/clearance items may be marked as “Final Sale – No Return/Exchange.”
